Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition as received.

• All accessories, original packaging, and box contents must be included.

• Returns due to change of mind are not accepted; the reason must be valid (e.g., incorrect item, defect, performance issue).

• Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless the return is due to an error from our side.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
